Senior Accounts Executive Company: Adwallz.ai Industry: AI-powered Wall Advertising | AdTech | OOH Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🔍 About Adwallz.ai Adwallz.ai is building India's AI-powered platform for offline visibility and execution intelligence in wall advertising, OOH planning, location intelligence, and campaign execution. 🎯 Role Objective The Senior Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial controls while supporting business planning and decision-making through accurate financial management. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and ERP systems Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, billing, collections, and receivables tracking Review and process vendor registrations, payment schedules, vendor payouts, and employee reimbursements Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Income Tax, and related regulatory filings Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and external compliance consultants for financial and audit-related matters Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports Perform bank reconciliations, ledger verification, and support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial planning, and business decision support through financial analysis Maintain proper documentation, audit-ready records, contracts, and finance-related files in an organized manner Collaborate with internal teams on invoicing, vendor onboarding, contract processing, and other finance and operational requirements 🛠 Skills & Expertise Required Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and bookkeeping practices Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, statutory compliance, and reconciliations Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Hindi Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills High level of ownership, accountability, and integrity 📈 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Compliance with statutory filing deadlines Vendor payment and receivable management efficiency Reconciliation accuracy and closure timelines Quality of MIS reporting and financial documentation Budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial control effectiveness 🎓 Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and compliance functions Experience handling independent financial reporting Prior experience coordinating with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and company compliance requirements Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Startup experience will be an added advantage Candidates with CA Inter, CMA Inter, M.Com, or equivalent qualifications will be preferred 💼 Experience & Eligibility 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred Candidates with strong accounting knowledge, compliance experience, and hands-on exposure to accounting software and financial reporting are encouraged to apply
