Senior Accountant

Job description: Sr. Executive – Accounts & Finance Experience Required: 4-6 Years Location: Noida JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee the organization’s accounting, finance, and compliance functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, taxation, budgeting, and audits, while ensuring adherence to statutory regulations. This role requires strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in accounts finalization, GST, TDS, and overall financial management. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, billing, and invoice management. Prepare and generate E-way bills and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Manage GST returns filing (monthly/quarterly/annual) and support in GST reconciliations. Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits with required data and documentation. Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports. Monitor accounts receivable/payable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. Provide support in MIS reporting and financial analysis as required. Skills & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting 4-6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST laws, and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience in billing, e-way bills, GST returns filing, and reconciliation. Good understanding of import process, shipping documents, and custom clearance procedures. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar) and MS Excel. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
