Purchase Executive

We are looking for an Purchase Executive-Vendor Management & Tally to join our team at It Company. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, Vendor Management. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Purchasing Identify procurement requirements from internal departments Source suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials/services Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to finalize vendors Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials Follow up with vendors regarding order status and dispatch schedules Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus.
