Collection Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely debt recovery while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections. Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments. Explain payment options, due dates, and account status to customers. Negotiate repayment plans within company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments. Update customer information in the CRM or collection system. Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Escalate unresolved cases to supervisors when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 10th or 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is an advantage. Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required. Skills Required Excellent verbal communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Experience Fresher to 3 years of experience in BPO collection . Salary As per company standards and experience. Performance incentives may be provided based on collection targets achieved. Working Conditions Full-time position. Office-based or work-from-home (depending on company policy).
