Prepare export documents:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin
Phytosanitary Certificate
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents
Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations
Track shipments and provide status updates
Maintain export documentation records
Support shipment planning and execution activities
Required Skills
Knowledge of export documentation processes
Basic understanding of international trade regulations
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
MS Excel and computer proficiency
