Interested candidates pls contact to 8148554439/[email protected] Financial Record Keeping: ○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. ○ Record all financial transactions in the dealership's accounting software. ○ Ensure all entries are properly documented and supported with necessary paperwork. ● Accounts Receivable: ○ Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. ○ Record payments received and reconciled with sales records. ● Accounts Payable: ○ Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. ○ Maintain a record of all payables and manage vendor relationships. ○ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. ● Bank Reconciliation: ○ Perform monthly bank reconciliations. ○ Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records. ● Inventory Management: ○ Monitor and record inventory transactions. ○ Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure accurate inventory records. ● Compliance and Auditing: ○ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and dealership policies. ○ Assist with internal and external audits. Qualifications: ● Education: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● Experience: ○ Minimum of 3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry. ● Skills: ○ Proficiency in accounting software ○ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. ○ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
