ob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support the company's financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions. Prepare and file tax returns and ensure tax compliance. Monitor budgets and assist with financial planning. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations. Support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Process payroll and related financial documentation when required. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1–3+ years of accounting experience.
