Job Description Accountant About Company: Well India Racking System is a growing manufacturing company specializing in Industrial Racks, Warehouse Storage Systems, Heavy Duty Racking, Slotted Angle Racks, and customized storage solution services for industrial and commercial clients across India. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and financial records professionally. Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions Maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries Manage GST billing, invoicing, E-Way Bills, and TDS processes Prepare and maintain TDS deductions, entries, and related documentation Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports Maintain proper documentation and accounting records Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment processes Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation Ensure proper accounting process and compliance as per company policies Candidate Requirements: 1 to 3 Years experience in Accounting Must have working experience in Busy Accounting Software Good knowledge of GST, TDS, billing, and basic taxation Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office required Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work Professional and responsible work approach Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Graduate Additional accounting certification will be an added advantage Job Details: Department: Accounts & Finance Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Working Days: 6 Days Working Location: Muradnagar, Ghaziabad
