Job Title: Accountant Location: Greater Noida West Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–5 Years Salary: 20,000-25,000 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and bookkeeping. Prepare and manage invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. Reconcile ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain payroll records and support salary processing. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–5 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software. Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
